The RMI is calculated by removing a second-order regional trend from the total magnetic intensity (TMI), highlighting local magnetic anomalies for detailed geological interpretation. The dataset is provided in NB Stereographic double (NAD83) for consistent province-wide coverage.The high-resolution RMI grid was produced from NRCan profile data, microlevelled, gridded at 50\u202fm, converted to ER Mapper format, reprojected to NB Stereographic double, and processed by removing a second-order trend from the TMI.Data created Sept 2025.",
