Service Description: This dataset represents the conformed Tz gravity field for the Bell BMC2010 FTG/AGG survey, gridded at 25 m resolution in NAD83 NB Stereographic projection. The dataset contains the vertical gravity component (Tz) that has been corrected for long-wavelength deficiencies inherent to FTG/AGG systems by conforming it to satellite gravity. This conformed Tz grid integrates high-frequency detail from the FTG data with the stable long-wavelength information derived from the GGMplus gravity model, providing a physically consistent representation of the regional to local gravity field. The resulting dataset enhances interpretation of both deep and shallow geological structures, including major density boundaries, intrusive centres, basin geometry, and fault networks. It is delivered as a 25 m grid in NAD83 NB Stereographic projection. This raster was created by reconstructing Tz from the measured tensor components of the Bell BMC2010 FTG survey, applying a 20 km high-pass filter to this FTG-derived Tz, applying a 20 km low-pass filter to the Bouguer anomaly from GGMplus satellite gravity, and adding the two components following the Dransfield (2010) method (https://www.earthdoc.org/content/journals/10.1111/j.1365-2478.2009.00830.x). The final conformed Tz field was then gridded at 25 m using a tensor interpolation algorithm and exported as an ER Mapper (.ers) raster.Data created Sept 2025.
