Service Description: A grid showing the difference between BigT and total magnetic intensity (TMI) for the Bathurst Megatem survey. This dataset represents the difference between BigT and TMI (BigT_TMI_diff) for the Bathurst Megatem airborne magnetic survey, covering the Bathurst area of New Brunswick. BigT values are derived by converting TMI to magnetic field components and calculating the vector magnitude, and the difference with TMI highlights areas of potential remanent magnetization. The dataset is provided in NB Stereographic double (NAD83) for detailed interpretation of local magnetic anomalies. The grid was created from the Bathurst Megatem survey by microlevelling the TMI (Mag_miclev), converting it to magnetic field components to calculate BigT, and then subtracting the TMI values. The dataset is provided in NB Stereographic double (NAD83).Data created Sept 2025.
