BigT is derived by converting TMI to magnetic field components and computing the vector magnitude, and the difference with TMI highlights areas of potential remanent magnetization. The dataset is provided in NB Stereographic double (NAD83).The BigT_TMI_diff grid was created from the Columbia 2000 survey by microlevelling the TMI (Mag_miclev), calculating BigT from magnetic field components, and then subtracting the TMI values. The final grid is provided in NB Stereographic double (NAD83).Data created Sept 2025. |
