Service Description: A grid of the first vertical derivative of the reduction-to-the-pole (RTP) magnetic intensity for the SWN 2010 survey.This dataset represents the first vertical derivative of the RTP magnetic intensity for the SWN airborne magnetic survey in southern New Brunswick. The RTP_1VD emphasizes near-surface magnetic sources and sharpens anomaly edges, aiding detailed geological and structural interpretation. The dataset is provided in NB Stereographic Double, NAD83.The RTP_1VD grid was created from the SWN 2010 survey by microlevelling the TMI (Mag_Miclev), applying reduction-to-the-pole processing, and then calculating the first vertical derivative of the RTP grid. The final grid is provided in NB Stereographic Double, NAD83.Data created Sept 2025.
