Service Description: The Drill Hole layer is located by the collar location taken from mineral exploration reports of work. The attribute table contains a reference to the Mineral Report of Work where the drill hole was reported.
The dataset was created in 2014. As reports are submitted to the Department and subsequently made public, the dataset is continuously updated. The accuracy of drill hole locations may be limited for several reasons; for example, inaccurate locations on the source map or poor quality reproduction of the original location maps. Users should verify drill hole locations by checking the original source.
