Service Description: The primary purpose of those rockweed data is to inform Fishers that provide rockweed to the company of the shores that are open to the commercial rockweed fishery and then for them to be aware of which places are closed year round ( i.e. EAs, LTRAs,and Study Sites) or seasonally (i.e. SRMAs- These are only open to the commercial rockweed fishery from July 2nd until the last day of the fishing season which is sometime in September or October.) Therefore, the data description piece is defined as map coordinates for open and closed locations with respect to the New Brunswick rockweed (Ascophyllum nodosum) fishery.
