Service Description: A grid of total magnetic intensity (TMI) for the Florenceville airborne survey, reprocessed and projected to NB Stereographic Double, NAD83.This dataset represents the total magnetic intensity (TMI) measured during the Florenceville Mag-EM 1988 airborne survey. TMI provides the magnitude of the Earth's magnetic field at each location and is essential for identifying magnetic anomalies associated with lithological variations, faults, and other geological features. The data have been reprocessed, gridded, and reprojected to the NB Stereographic Double coordinate system, making them suitable for regional and detailed geological interpretation.The TMI grid was created from the Florenceville survey by microlevelling the original magnetic channel to reduce line-to-line inconsistencies and noise, converting the microlevelled data into a gridded format, and then reprojecting the grid from the original NAD83 UTM19N to NB Stereographic Double, NAD83.Data created Sept. 1, 2025
