Service Description: A grid of total magnetic intensity (TMI) from the Magaguadavic Lake 1991 airborne magnetic survey, reprocessed and projected to NB Stereographic Double, NAD83.This dataset contains the total magnetic intensity (TMI) measured during the Magaguadavic Lake Mag-EM 1991 airborne survey. TMI reflects variations in the Earth’s magnetic field caused by changes in bedrock composition, structure, and magnetite content, making it a fundamental dataset for geological mapping and mineral exploration. As part of the 2025 reprocessing workflow, the magnetic data were microlevelled to remove acquisition artifacts and improve continuity between flight lines. The final TMI grid has been reprojected to the NB Stereographic Double coordinate system to ensure compatibility with the provincial high-resolution compilation.The dataset was produced by microlevelling the original TMI channel, converting the cleaned magnetic data into a continuous grid, and reprojecting the grid from its original NAD83 UTM Zone 19N coordinate system to NB Stereographic Double, NAD83.Data created Sept 2025.
