Service Description: This dataset represents the Txy component of the gravity tensor derived from the Bell BMC2010 FTG/AGG survey in New Brunswick, gridded at 25 m resolution in NAD83 NB Stereographic projection.The dataset contains the Txy tensor component computed from the processed Full Tensor Gravity (FTG) data collected during the Bell BMC2010 survey. The Txy component represents the mixed second derivative of the gravity field with respect to the X and Y directions, making it sensitive to lateral changes in subsurface density and structural boundaries. This dataset supports high-resolution interpretation of geological features such as contacts, faults, intrusive margins, and alteration zones. It is delivered as a 25 m grid in NAD83 New Brunswick Stereographic projection.This dataset was generated by reconstructing the full gravity tensor from the Bell BMC2010 FTG profile data, processed using a density of 2.8 g/cc. The reconstructed tensor was gridded at 25 m cell size, and the Txy component—representing the cross-derivative of the gravity field—was extracted from the full tensor. The final Txy grid was exported in ER Mapper format for geophysical mapping, modelling, and mineral exploration analysis.Data created Sept 2025.
